Shipping Method Delivery

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are typically dispatched to our manufacturer within 72 hours of order placement and payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: This refers to the time needed to ship items from our warehouse to the destination.

USA & Canada

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is IN STOCK)

Australia & New Zealand

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is IN STOCK)

UK & Europe

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is IN STOCK)

Other Countries

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is IN STOCK)

Insured Shipping: If the item is lost or damaged during delivery, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided sufficient evidence is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be prioritized at the top of our daily orders sent to our manufacturer. Depending on the order volume we receive, the expected time may remain similar to standard shipping times. Your item is also insured.

**Some products might be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to different location warehouses we have.

Tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update and display accurate tracking information. Please use a third-party website like https://17track.net to track your order.

Note that in some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Depending on order volume, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible. We understand it can be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don't want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@fivemate.com, and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to it. Please make sure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
