Standard Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. Returned items will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return conditions may vary during promotional periods, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion before ordering.

For the return or exchange of Fivemate products purchased from another authorized retailer, please contact your retailer directly.

Return Process (excluding Black Friday and other promotions)

For all returns, please contact support@fivemate.com for your return label. Please provide your order number and the item you wish to return, and we will guide you through the next steps upon receiving your email.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@fivemate.com with the subject: DAMAGES. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Received

If you haven't received your complete order, please contact us at support@fivemate.com with the subject: MISSING ITEM along with your order number.
